4. Lead Data & Homeowner Information

As part of our services, we collect information from homeowners who respond to advertising campaigns we run on behalf of our clients. 5. Sharing of Information

We share information only as necessary to provide our services:

  • Stripe — for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs their use of your payment data.
  • GoHighLevel — our CRM and automation platform, used to manage leads, communications, and client accounts.
  • Meta (Facebook) — for running advertising campaigns. Campaign data is subject to Meta's data policies.
  • GoNano Certified Contractors — qualified lead information is delivered to the contractor client who engaged us to generate those leads.
  • Legal requirements — we may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our business or others.
